Anticipation - Living With Heaven In Mind
In this message, we examine the last chapter of Zechariah. Our intent for studying this book is to move forward in God's design for our lives.
From this final chapter of Zechariah, we can hold onto two key truths in light of Christ's return:
🔑 We must remember that we are "in the world but not of the world."
🔑 We must remain under God's grace.
Purification - My Sheep Hear My Voice
We’re continuing through the book of Zechariah with the intent of moving forward in God’s design.
KEY POINTS 🔑
1) The Fountain of Purification (v. 1)
2) Cleansed From Idolatry and False Prophets (v. 2-6)
3) The Shepherd Savior (v. 7-9)
Vision - A Kingdom; the gates of hell will not prevail
We’re continuing through the book of Zechariah with the intent of moving forward in God’s design.
KEY POINTS 🔑
1) Physical Salvation
God keeps his promise, remembers and strengthens His people, and makes the impossible, possible.
2) Spiritual Salvation
While physical salvation is encouraging and really speaks to the goodness of God, it is our spiritual/eternal salvation that is of utmost importance.
God will pour out the Holy Spirit upon the people which leads to God’s saving grace (unmerited favor) and repentance of sin.
Wisdom - The Cost of Rejection
We’re continuing through the book of Zechariah with the intent of moving forward in God’s design. In this message, Pastor Ryan Uno takes us through chapter 11, where God reveals to Zechariah that one day He will remove His grace upon those who reject the Good Shepherd. Studying this text reminds and compels us to live in remembrance of Christ and do all things for His fame and His glory.
Assurance - Promise of the Coming King
In this message, we’re studying Zechariah 9:1-17 with a focus on the promise of the coming King, Jesus. As we examine this passage, let’s remember the goal for this series: to move forward in God’s design and see how God’s design relates to Jesus’ first coming, our lives impacted by Jesus, and Jesus’ second coming.
Perseverance - Blessings of Staying the Course
From this passage, we are reminded of God's thoughts and love toward us. God has a special place in His heart for us that can only be fulfilled by us living in personal relationship with Him. Also, throughout this section, we see the extent of how much God loves us through His working through fulfilled prophecy and our every day lives.
From our time together, our goal is that we be everything God has created us to be by surrendering to Him and letting Him accomplish what He wants in and through our lives.
Sincerity - Time for a Heart Check
In this message, we're continuing through the book of Zechariah and studying his dreams and visions verse-by-verse with the intent of moving forward in God's design for life. From this text, we learn that a life centered on pleasing ourselves is the worst kind of living. We also see the contrast that learning to trust God, accept His Word and extend His love to others is the highest level of living.

Standard - Responsibility to God's Word
In this message, we go through Zechariah 5:1-11. We'll be studying and examining the vision of the Flying Scroll and its significance to God's plan for His people. Trust us, we know visions and imagery can be confusing. But let's be like Zechariah and ask God, "What does this mean?" and grow in God's Word, together.
Power - Privilege of Spirit-Filled Living
In this message, we examine Zechariah 4:1-14 and the vision of the lamp stand, bowl and two olive trees. This dream is packed with significant meaning and ultimately points to Jesus' coming to save the world from our sin. Through this dream, we are reminded that God's way is not the only way to live but the best way to live and He is always present.
Restored - Free to Please God
Have you ever felt like you’ve fallen short because couldn’t accomplish something on your own?
This is exactly how Joshua, the high priest, felt in the Zechariah’s dream. Joshua stands in God’s court, guilty in filthy rags before God himself, Satan, and others. Joshua knows his guilt and is aware of his inability to atone for his own sin.
But God has a plan. He provides a perfect high priest for Joshua (and us) to atone our sins and bridge the gap between God and His people. Let’s dive in and examine Zechariah’s dream, piece by piece.
Hope - Living in the presence of God
From the book of Zechariah, we're learning about God's pyramid of success through the visions He gave Zechariah. In this message, we examine the second pillar of success: hope. Through the measuring line vision, we see God revealing His plan to Zechariah and Israel. He assures them that there is work in progress. He knows what He is doing and He will finish His work in His time.
Repentance - Responding to God’s heart
We're kicking off our new series, Built Up, a verse-by-verse study on the book of Zechariah. Our intention for this series is to move forward in God's design.
This book opens with God sharing his restorative plan for Israel with Zechariah, a Jewish priest and prophet during the exile and rebuilding of Jerusalem. From this chapter, we see God's heart for the restoration of Israel. Learning God's heart, we are called to a response of obedient repentance.
The Power to Finish Strong
In this message, we finish our Acts Series - beginning in Acts 28:12-31.
From this series, our hope is, as a church, we would walk in the full forces of God's power and live fully surrendered to the leading of His spirit. Let's live under God's influence and share it with those around us.
The Power to Make Beauty
Ever been in the “wrong” place at the right time? Meaning the situation was entirely unexpected but the end result was an amazing opportunity.
In Acts 28, Paul and the 276 boat passengers are placed into an unplanned situation because of poor decision-making. But God had a redemptive plan.
He used bad decision-making and transformed it into an opportunity to share Jesus Christ's love and good news to people who may have never heard it before.
From this chapter, we learn that God can transform any hardship into a beautiful life-giving opportunity. Like Paul, in these situations we must hold firm to God's promises and be faithfully obedient to His leading in our lives.
The Power to Preserve
Today, we're continuing in Acts 27, where Paul finds himself and 276 other passengers in a tumultuous storm on a ship about to sink. We see how God works through Paul's faith to anchor him and everyone with him.
The Power to Testify (Part 3)
We're continuing in Acts 25, where Paul defends himself again, this time to King Agrippa. In this passage, we see Paul's obedience, reasoning and focus on God's plan front and center. From Paul's example, we learn that we must set our minds on God and allow Him to lead us, despite our plans and circumstances.
